Our lesson plans are incredibly robust and include everything you need to teach your students the material in a fun and engaging way!

  • The welcome lesson invites students to consider their relationship with food – how they make decisions about what to eat and how the foods they eat affect the way they feel.

You can view our Welcome Lesson before downloading any other parts of our curriculum.
